At SAREESWALA, customer satisfaction matters to us. We carefully inspect products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item, wrong product, or approved eligible exchange case, we offer an exchange subject to the following policy.

1. Exchange Only Policy

SAREESWALA follows an Exchange Only Policy.
We generally do not offer returns or refunds, except where required under applicable law.


2. Exchange Window

Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Requests raised after 3 days may not be accepted.


3. Eligible Exchange Cases

Exchange requests may be accepted only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect (verified by our team)
  • Approved size exchange (subject to stock availability)

4. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be unwashed
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be available
  • Invoice / order confirmation must be provided
  • Exchange request must be raised within 3 days

Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, alteration, or damage by customer will not qualify.


5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchange is not available for:

  • International orders
  • Customized / altered stitched products
  • Clearance / sale products (unless damaged)
  • Used / washed garments
  • Products without tags / packaging
  • Requests raised after exchange window

6. International Orders

For orders shipped outside India:

No return • No exchange • No refund

Please review size, color, and product details carefully before ordering.


7. Color / Design Variation

Slight differences in:

  • color shade
  • embroidery placement
  • lace work
  • print placement
  • fabric texture

may occur due to lighting, photography, monitor settings, or production variation. Such minor variation is not considered damage.


8. Damaged Parcel on Delivery

If parcel packaging is visibly damaged:

  • record opening video if possible
  • take photos immediately
  • contact us within 24 hours

This helps us process exchange faster.

10. Exchange Approval

Once approved:

  • replacement product will be dispatched subject to stock availability
  • if unavailable, store credit / alternate product may be offered at our discretion

11. Final Decision

SAREESWALA reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after product inspection.
