RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy Return & Exchange Policy.
We allow Return & Exchange of the items purchased from Sareeswala within the specified days from the date of delivery (please refer to the mentioned category for more details); provided the product is in its original and saleable condition with the original invoice and price tag intact.
- Apparels (Clothing): 14 days of easy Return & Exchange from the date of delivery
In the unlikely event that any product that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the product unused, in its original packaging, and price tags. Any defective product can be highlighted within the warranty period as specified for the item.
Any Return & Exchange for reasons other than the above, the shipping charges if any, will not be refunded.
Product/s bought during a sale will be exchanged within the same sale period only.
You may return Merchandise to us in the following ways:
Most items are returnable in our stores, You may visit any Sareeswala store in India, and return the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sale invoice, or
You may raise return/exchange (Registered user) by login into your Sareeswala online account from “My Account > Order > Return/Exchanges” or
You may write to us firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier within 2 working days from the date of the Return/Exchange request raised.
Once the product is picked and reaches our location within tentatively 5-7 working days, we perform a quality check on the products within 4 working days and process Return/Exchange post quality check provided the merchandise is unused condition and in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/Exchange may not be possible.
For any merchandise that is returned or self-couriered by the customer, Return/Exchange will be processed within 4 working days of receipt of the merchandise post quality check and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise.
Any returns/exchanges at Sareeswala stores, or through courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns that are not accompanied by the relevant original sales invoice.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that, the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and write to us at email@example.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Any First Citizen points which are accumulated at the time of purchase will be reversed if such merchandise, on which points were earned, is returned.
Returns / Exchange Through courier collection
If you request a return/exchange through Shoppes Stop courier collection for any reason within the specified days as mentioned above or as per the timeline mentioned on the product details page, we request you to return the product in its original, unused, saleable condition and with price tag intact, failing which return/exchange may not be possible.
We request you to take utmost care in selecting the refund mode while raising a Return request, as refund mode once selected it cannot be changed or modified.
The courier executive will pick the return/exchange product within 2 working days from the date of return/exchange raised. You will receive sms confirmation or physical receipt at the time of product pick-up. We request you to retain the details until your request is complete.
The refund/exchange will be initiated only after the product has been received at our Warehouse/Sareeswala Store and passes the physical quality check. It may take approximately 7-10 working days to complete your return/exchange request.
For the Returns, the refund will be processed as per the refund mode selected at the time of raising the request.
- Net Banking/Other wallets – You shall receive credit into your account within 2-3 working days from the day of refund processed.
- UPI – You shall receive credit into your account within 2-3 working days from the day of refund processed.
- Debit/Credit card -You shall receive credit into your account within 7-10 working days from the day of refund processed.
- Sareeswala Wallet/Gift Card /E-Gift voucher – You shall receive credit on the same day of refund processed.
- Refund for eligible Cash on Delivery order will be done through online transfer. You shall receive credit into your account within 2-3 working days from the day of refund processed.
The credit reflection totally depends on the timeline specified by the bank. In the case of nationalized banks, you may expect further delay for credit reflection into your account.
For Exchange, a new order number will be generated and you would be informed on order confirmation through a separate detailed email.
