SAREESWALA is an online fashion retailer specializing in sarees, Pakistani suits, readymade dresses, ethnic wear, and related fashion products for customers in India and internationally.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You agree to comply with all policies published on our website.

2. Products & Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or update products without prior notice.
Product images are for representation purposes only. Slight variation in color, embroidery, print placement, texture, lace work, or finishing may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing variations.
Measurements and sizing may vary slightly depending on design and stitching pattern.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or technical problems.
Accepted payment methods may include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across India, subject to serviceability.
We may contact customers by call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders.
Orders not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.
Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restriction or blocking of future COD orders.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Order confirmation is subject to successful payment or COD verification.
Orders may be cancelled by SAREESWALA due to:
- incorrect pricing,
- stock unavailability,
- suspicious or fraudulent activity,
- unverifiable customer details,
- operational issues beyond our control.
Customers may request cancellation only before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Surat, Gujarat, India.
Domestic delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and courier service.
Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, strikes, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

7. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.
Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, unless required by applicable law.

8. Exchange Policy (India Only)

We offer exchange only for eligible domestic orders.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges are allowed only for:
- damaged products,
- wrong product received,
- approved eligible exchange cases at our discretion.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
Exchange approval is subject to inspection.

9. No Refund Policy

SAREESWALA follows an exchange-only policy.
Refunds are generally not offered, except where required under applicable consumer law.

10. WhatsApp / Manual Orders

Orders placed via WhatsApp, phone, or manual invoice are governed by the same Terms & Conditions.
Payment confirmation may be required before processing such orders.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on SareesWala, including logos, product images, graphics, descriptions, branding, and website content, is the intellectual property of SAREESWALA.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale use of images, scraping, or commercial reuse is prohibited without written permission.
